Qatar’s GDI & Dolphin sign deal for drilling services

(MENAFN) Gulf Intl’ Services (GIS), the main service group in Qatar with interests in a broad section of industries proclaimed that it’s minor Gulf Drilling Intl’ (GDI) signed a deal for drilling services.

Moreover, the work under this agreement will be performed by the high spec jack-up rig “Al Jassra” and will involve three drilling wells on the DOL 1 production platform.

In addition, GDI offered lifeboat services to Dolphin Energy in the past and noted that its new lifeboat Al Safliya’ is ready to start working for Dolphin Energy a 5-year contract.

“I am pleased that GDI has concluded this significant contract with Dolphin Energy as it will broaden our clientele and business portfolio,” said Managing Director of GDI.
