(MENAFN) Qatar’s director at Reed Specialist Recruitment, Bernard Ward, said that large infrastructure projects related to the 2022 FIFA World Cup would be forecasted to boost recruitment in Qatar, reported The National.
Ward added that his agency has held sessions in countries like New Zealand, the UK and South Africa to accelerate hiring process, as the country needs lots of people with particular skills at the present.
He also said that the Arab Spring has made it harder to find the needed people, due to safety issues, as companies have to convince job applicants that the country is safe.
It is worth noting that Reed has over 350 offices across the world, and Qatar is number one in terms of appointments made.
