Qatar’s Nebras gets 35.5pct share in Indonesian power firm
26 Dec 2016
(MENAFN) Nebras Power proclaimed that it has finished the acquisition of a 35.5 percent share in Indonesian utility firm PT Pation Energy among its subsidiary Nebras Power.
Furthermore, PT Pation Energy owns 2.045 MW thermal power plants in East Java, which is the first and largest Independent Power Producer in Indonesia.
Additionally, Pation Energy sells the whole capacity and output of its power plant under tow power purchase deals with PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara.
The acquisition will allow the firm to add a remarkable generation asset to their portfolio and opens a bright future for Nebras” investments in the Indonesian market.
