Qatar’s real estate transactions reach USD27m in a week

(MENAFN) Real estate transactions in Qatar were estimated at USD27 million in one week, according to Arabian Business.

New figures also showed that the country’s foreign trade surplus also boosted to USD9.2 billion.

Real estate sales contracts registered at the Ministry of justice totaled USD251.2 million between June 22 and 26.

The list of properties that were traded by sale are located in the municipalities of Umm Salal, Al Khor, Al Dhakira, Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Shamal, Al Daayen and Al Wakra, and include open plots of land, two-floor villas, annexes, houses and residential buildings.
