(MENAFN) Qatar’s trade balance for July this year reached QR11.9bn, showing a sharp increase of 78.1 percent, or almost QR5.2bn compared to the same month of 2016.
However, the trade surplus has fallen by 4.8 percent, or by QR600mn, compared to June 2017.
In the cited month of the year, the total exports of goods reached almost QR18.1bn, showing a year on year increase of 11.4 percent compared to July 2016.
On the other hand, the imports of goods in the cited month reached QR6.2bn, a decline of 35 percent over July 2016.
