(MENAFN) Research in Motion’s (Rim) managing director for Middle East, Sandeep Saihgal, said that the Canadian firm released the Curve 9360, the company’s new BlackBerry, in the UAE market, reported Gulf News.
Saihgal added that the new BlackBerry would allow users to take advantage of the new smartphone wallet e-payment services since the device included the new near field communications (NFC) service.
He also said that the device also included a Master Card PayPass enabled SIM card, and money pre-installed on the SIM card that could be automatically debited in order to make purchases.
It is worth noting that RIM expects that the new Curve 9360 will be well received by new clients in the UAE and existing BlackBerry Curve users.
