(MENAFN) Royal Jordanian stated that it has halted its operations to Syria as a result of weak demand resulting from the ongoing upheaval in the neighboring country, reported Arabian Business.
The airline said that its services to both Damascus and Aleppo have been stopped, however, in case demand returns, the services will restart again.
The company runs daily flights between the capital Amman and Syria’s two cities.
It is worth noting that passengers who had already issued tickets to the two Syrian cities can refund the tickets or revalidate them for a later date.
