(MENAFN) Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company (Adnec) said that Rotana plans to add 800 hotel rooms across three new properties at its upcoming Capital Center development.
The project, which is currently under construction, is located next to Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center.
According to a press statement, the additional room capacity will enable visitors who attend the packed calendar of exhibitions, conferences and events at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center to choose from a range of Rotana hospitality options.
CEO of Rotana, said that the strategic location of Capital Center means that the three properties will be well positioned to take advantage of major Abu Dhabi tourism attractions such as Sheikh Zayed Mosque, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi Golf Club, Al Raha Beach and the Corniche.
Capital Center Rotana and Centro Capital Centre are currently under construction, while the work on Capital Centre Arjaan is slated to commence shortly.
It is worth mentioning that Rotana currently manages a portfolio of over 70 properties across 26 cities in the MENA region. The firm plans to have a property located in every key city in the region in the coming years.
