Saudi Almurjan, Al-Attas sign joint venture agreement

(MENAFN) A partnership agreement was signed between Almurjan Holding Company and Hani Al-Attas & Sons Holding Company to create a new services company in the hotel, hospitality and catering sector in the Kingdom, Saudi Gazette reported.
Al-Attas stated that the new agreement aims initially at using promising opportunities in the hospitality, hotel and catering sector in Saudi Arabia and other Gulf states.
Sheikh Abdurrahman Bin Mahfouz, who signed the deal on behalf of Almurjan Holding, said: “This alliance with Hani Al-Attas & Sons Holding Company will create an investment avenue for Almurjan Holding in a dynamic sector.”
