(MENAFN) Ziyad Ahmed Bin Mahfouz Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Elaf, travel and tourism Group, had met with the Turkish Minister of Industry and Trade, Nihat Ergun and said that the parties have discussed the joint cooperation to explore the facilities available to Turkish tourists visiting Saudi Arabia for different purposes such as Umrah and Haj, Saudi Gazette reported.
The CEO added that Turkey represents a key market for the Kingdom and for the Elaf Group in particular especially since numerous pilgrims from Turkey come to Saudi Arabia for Umrah and Haj. On the other hand,
Turkey is considered to be one of the best holiday destinations for Saudi families.
Parties have expressed their appreciation on the idea of operating a hotel within a commercial shopping center that draws families and businessmen.
