Saudi Arabia inks agreements to improve five airports

11 Jun 2017

(MENAFN) Minister of Transport signed a number of deals with regional and global firms in order to develop five airports, which involve a deal to operate the new King Abdul Aziz Intl Airport.

Meanwhile, the deal to develop and operate the new Taif Intl Airport was signed with Asyad Holding Group in co-op with Consolidated Contractors Co. and Munich Airport.

Accordingly, the signing of these deals comes amid GACA’s plan of increasing the private sector’s role in airport projects and increasing investment chances to offer the best services to passengers.

In addition, these ties will contribute toward achieving GACA’s goal of enhancing the quality of services offered at airports.
