Saudi Asharqia Metro to be inaugurated soon

(MENAFN) Asharqia Metro is about to be completed soon as it is now in its final stages, said Saudi Minister of Transport Jabara Al-Seraisry, according to Arab News.
Asharqia Metro received financial support from Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah.
The inauguration date of Asharqia Metro is not yet announced.
The kingdom’s railway projects include expanding the railway network and boost local investments in order to attract foreign investments eventually.
Al-Seraisry said: “The railway network is directly connected to ports” network at the Red Sea and the Arabian Gulf.”
