(MENAFN) Saudi Aujan Industries unveiled plans to extend business in Indonesia and Thailand, which it expects to boost sales to USD1 billion this year, Arabian Business reported.
The soft drinks company reported about USD900 million sales last year. The company said it witnessed strong growth across its three beverage brands Rani, Vimto and Barbican, with a total exceeding 120 million cases sold during the year.
Last year, the company introduced its products to Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Italy, Slovenia and South Sudan for the first time as part of a continuing expansion plan.
CEO and President Kadir Gunduz said Aujan’s products are currently sold in more than 70 countries, confirming the company’s aims to extend its products to further more countries.
The company recently signed partnership deal with Coca-Cola to accelerate its international presence.
Aujan Industries unveiled plans to expand capacity at its three existing facilities and will open two new factories in the next five years to meet growing demand.
