(MENAFN) Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. Vice President, Mike Coyle, stated that the company has won a Saudi engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) contract from Sadara Chemical Company (Sadara), reported Arab News.
Coyle added that the contract is related to 3 polyethylene trains for Sadara, a joint venture between Saudi Aramco and The Dow Chemical Company (Dow).
He said that Jacobs, a provider of technical, professional, and construction services, will be in charge of construction management, field engineering support, and management of Lump Sum Procure Build (LSPB) construction contractors, field materials management, In-Kingdom procurement services and project services support for the 3 trains.
It is worth noting that the contract is part of a chemicals complex that includes 26 manufacturing units, and is being established at the current time in Jubail Industrial City.
