Saudi Bahri to establish new logistics venture

(MENAFN) Bahri, a global pioneer in transportation and logistics, has inked a deal with the global Group Bollore in order to set up a new logistics mutual venture.

Moreover, the new co-op will serve the needs of customers in KSA and the wider region, while the deal marks another step of Bahri’s and Bollere Logistics’ expansion into the fast-growing logistics.

Meanwhile, Bahri will be the majority shareholder with a 60 percent share in the mutual venture, which will operate under the name ‘Bahri Bollore Logistics.’

In addition, Bollore’s global capabilities in logistics and supply chain management, coupled with regional knowledge and depth of expertise in transportation services will help unlock synergies.
