Saudi Dallah Health to buy Erfan Hospital shares

(MENAFN) Dallah Health Holding Company plans to purchase full shares of Bagedo & Dr. Erfan General Hospital at USD 266 million, according to Arab News.
Dallah Health with Bagedo Commercial Holding Co. and Mohamed Ahmed Erfan & Sons Holding Co., the owners of full shares of Bagedo & Dr. Erfan General Hospital, have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU).
Board Chairman of Dallah Health Tariq Al-Qasabi said the acquisition comes within its strategic and ambitious plan to expand into the Western Region, notably Makkah, Madinah, Taif and Jeddah.
