Saudi-Dussur, GE ink USD267mn power sector mutual venture

(MENAFN) Dussur and GE have inked a mutual venture agreement worth more than USD267mn, which will follow the summit held earlier this week between King Salman and U.S. President Trump.

Moreover, the deal shows notable progress toward achieving the Saudi Vision 2030 by continuing to localize gas turbine manufacturing in KSA and helping to develop a global industrial supply chain.

Additionally, the venture will make the capacity to supply the majority of Saudi Arabia’s annual demand for gas turbines requested to please the kingdom”s growing elect demands.

The mutual venture will also contribute to stronger localized manufacturing ecosystems in KSA, by making a global supply chain they can unlock new growth chances that benefits the people of both nations.
