Saudi-Egypt SECON to issue USD193mn on projects

(MENAFN) The Saudi Egyptian Construction Co. (SECON) aims to pump investments of USD193mn into its projects this year, as proclaimed chief executive.
Furthermore, SECON Nile Towers would capture 1.2bn pounds of the planned investment, while it aims finishing the housing part of the project before the end of the year.
Additionally, SECON Nile Towers is located in Maadi Nile Corniche on a space of 10.000 square meters, which consists of two towers with height of 23 floors for each.
Meanwhile, the Egyptian market viewed an increase in prices ranging between 15 percent and 30 percent through the current year.
