Saudi healthcare sector to achieve Vision 2030 goals

(MENAFN) Saudi Arabia’s SR270bn healthcare plan under Vision 2030 will set the kingdom on a fast trajectory to increase in the sector, which will be a SR92.6bn market by 2020.

Accordingly, the kingdom will benefit from health information systems that help avoid waste and unnecessary healthcare services, while telemedicine will help serve the needs of patients around the kingdom.

Moreover, it will also be able exchange health data with other healthcare organizations in the kingdom due to strong partners that will join to achieve the goal.

Additionally, the kingdom has made itself an ambitious goal of posting 70 percent of all existing Saudis on a unified healthcare system, transforming patient care and pre-treatment briefings.
