(MENAFN) Chairman of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY), Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Thunayan Al-Saud, inked a contract worth USD46.73 million with APTC Contracting Co. Ltd. to set up several support buildings at Jubail Industrial College, reported Arab News.
The Dammam-based firm will construct a training center, 7 commercial units, a conference hall, a mosque, a security surveillance building, and 2 water tanks, in addition to car parkings, sidewalks for pedestrians, water and sewage networks, and rain and flood drainage systems.
Furthermore, the contract includes the establishment of electricity, telecommunications, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, building management, and fire detection and prevention systems.
It is worth noting that the chairman has also inked 2 contracts worth USD33.28 million recently for the execution of infrastructure projects in the residential areas of Jubail Industrial City and Aziziyah district in Yanbu Industrial City.
