Saudi Red Sea mall unveils USD46.5m expansion

(MENAFN) The Red Sea Mall, Jeddah’s biggest shopping center, has just declared the beginning of its largest expansion project, estimated at USD46.5 million.
This main stream project is considered the largest expansion in Saudi Arabia, which will attract more international brands and entertainment facilities.
The expansion will create 145,000 square meters of gross leasable area, plus a 4,000 square meter open space that will highlight leading global brands.
The development is expected to complete by the end of 2016, and it has been carefully planned to guarantee that retailers and visitors are not disrupted.
