Saudi’s KHC closes USD1.5bn agreement to gain 16.2pct share in BSF

(MENAFN) KINGDOM Holding Co. proclaimed the closing of the firm’s deal in order to obtain 16.2 percent share in Banque Saudi Fransi for SR29.5 per share.
Accordingly, this deal emphasizes one of the largest non-governmental deals in KSA and the closing of this deal has grown investments in KSA from 23 percent to 34 percent.
In addition, KHC obtained the 16.2 percent share from Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank.
For the first half of this year, the announced net profit for BSF was USD562.288.000.
