Saudi’s Mada to invest USD66.56m in new gypsum plant

(MENAFN) Mada Gypsum Co., the leading producer of gypsum plasterboards and related gypsum based products in the region, decieded to build a new environmental friendly gypsum plant in Saudi Arabia, which will supply the increasing demand for gypsum and modern building materials and systems in the GCC, Middle East, Arab News reported.
The new USD66.56 million investment will employ around 200 employees and hav an annual capacity of approximately 30 million sqm of gypsum plasterboards and related gypsum based products and systems.
The new plant in Saudi Arabia will have a radical impact on increasing the overall gypsum manufacturing capacity in Saudi Arabia.
Mada Gypsum Co. is the industry’s leader and benchmark for its quality in the region and combines its manufacturing acumen with a strong network of distributors and installers across the regions.
