(MENAFN) Villas in Sharjah increased as the standout performer in the Emirate’s residential rental market this year, posting 11.7 percent increase in rents amid the Jan-June period of the year.
Moreover, villa rents in Sharjah now reach almost Dh112.000 per annum, while this year’s growth signals the first increase in villa rents since late 2015.
Additionally, demand for villas in the area will continue growing, fuelled by the relative affordability of homes, compared with those in Dubai.
Meanwhile, Sharjah is seeing a number of new villa projects coming to market that offer quality, affordability and accessibility, involving communities by Majid Al Futtaim.
