(MENAFN) The Bahrain-based customer experience solutions provider, Silah Gulf, and its fellow-citizen firm Albayan Media Group (AMG) have signed a partnership agreement for the Saudi market, Gulf Daily News reported.
“This agreement in Saudi Arabia is an important step forward in our plan for strategic growth and value creation in the GCC market,” said chief executive of Silah Gulf.
He added that the joint-venture’s plan is to build upon the best practices, network and experience from both companies to deliver superior customer solutions and enhanced value for the Saudi clients and shareholders.
Silah services that will be offered in Saudi Arabia include contact center services, training and certifications as well as diagnostics and consulting for organizations seeking to lead the customer experience evolution across various segments.
