Tameer delivers world’s 3rd tallest residential tower in Dubai

(MENAFN) Dubai developer Tameer announced the delivery of its second residential tower in Dubai Marina, Arabian Business reported.
The Elite Residence, a 91-storey building, is the world’s third tallest residential building and among the world’s top 20 tallest of all kinds.
The 381m-high tower also features four basements, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a gym, billiard and table tennis rooms, a multi function room, and children’s play area.
The tower is located close to Tameer’s iconic Princess Tower, which was recognized in May by Guinness World Records as the world’s tallest residential building.
The project provides a mixture of one- and two- bedroom apartments, and three- and four-bedroom penthouses, with a total of 696 apartments capable of housing 1,500 residents.
