Tameer to complete Princess Tower on schedule

(MENAFN) Tameer Holding Investment’s LLC president, Federico Tauber, said that the building of Princess Tower would be completed on schedule in December, reported Gulf News.
Tauber added that the 414 meters high tower, which was constructed in Dubai Marina area, was built on a 37,410 square foot plot and when completed it would become the world’s tallest residential building.
He also said that the tower would contain 763 luxury apartments including one, two or three bedroom apartments plus four and five bedroom penthouses with views over the Arabian Gulf, in addition to eight retail spaces that were provided on the ground floor. Moreover, it would include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a gymnasium, children’s play area, sauna rooms, private car park and reception area.
It is worth noting that Princess Tower is located close to the Palm Jumeirah, Burj Al Arab and Madinat Jumeirah.
