(MENAFN) Tharaa Holding’s chairman, Tariq Ramadan, stated that the company inked a deal with the government of Poland under which Tharaa would contribute to the redevelopment of a former military site in Poland, reported Arabian Business.
Ramadan said that Tharaa’s subsidiary, Hadara, would work with the Military Property Agency of Poland (MPA) for the development of USD600 million worth of real estate and for the promotion of the Polish its properties in the Middle East.
Ramadan said that another Tharaa’s subsidiary, RichVille Real Estate, would work on the promotion of these lands in the Middle East.
It is worth noting that the Military Property Agency (MPA) is a state-owned entity whose role includes the sale or disposal of real estate considered redundant by the Ministry of National Defence and the Ministry of the Interior and Administration.
