Themar project lists Montazah in Alexandria for sale

(MENAFN) Themar for Real Estate registered the Montazah Elegance compound project in Alexandria for sale, while the Co. received offers for corporation from a number of real estate firms.
Moreover, the project occupies an area of 4,200sqm in Montazah, which features a number of connected towers, each with 11 floors and involves 180 housing units.
The housing units rate in size between 160 and 170sqm, whereas commercial complexes are 3,000sqm in size, and the project has been finished and the units are ready for trade.
Additionally, the project is being improved with the Egyptian Emirates group, which has viewed building, while Themar organizes development and marketing for the project.
