(MENAFN) Shaikh Ahmad Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of Dubai Civil Aviation and Chairman of Dubai Airports, said that TNT Express launched a new cargo hub at Dubai International Airport, reported Gulf News.
Shaikh Ahmad said that the 2,500 square meters facility of the global delivery company would provide customers with faster transit times, cost benefits and better control over their shipments.
TNT Express, a branch of the Dutch company TNT, had previously introduced a B767 freighter, which carries up to fifty tones of cargo per flight, between Dubai and its air hub in Europe.
Shaikh Ahmad added that Dubai Airports aspires to offer the best levels of customer service and help the efficient operation of TNT’s new facility at Dubai International.
