(MENAFN) Toyota has registered a 10 percent growth in sales in the Middle East after selling 691.631 units in 2013, according to Gulf Daily News.
In the GCC, sales boosted by 7 percent to reach 633.037 units compared to 2012, while in the Levant and Iraq registered a 72 percent growth to reach 45.289 units compared to 2012.
Middle East and North Africa office chief representative Nobuyuki Negishi said that Toyota continued to reinforce its leadership position in the region.
Negishi said: “Last year, we introduced new and exciting models to enhance our market leadership in the region with steady sales and a sustained performance to end the year on a high note.”
