Turkey to invest USD10b in Algeria

(MENAFN)Turkey announced it is planning to increase its investments in Algeria from USD4.5 billion to USD10billion, KUNA reported.

Investment between the two countries has been developing over the year, with Turkey’s businesses in Algeria currently being estimated at USD2 billion.

Turkey said the relationship between the two countries have been mutually beneficial, with Algeria benefiting from its expertise in building residencies, especially since Turkey has built about 600.000 units within 12 years, while Algeria providing Turkey with an increased amount of liquefied gas by 50 percent for the upcoming ten years.
