Tutorial for Account Details

Step 1: Following successful login, go to ‘Accounts’

Step 2: Select the desired account then select the ‘Details’ tab.

Step 3: IBAN Certificate can be downloaded for the selected acount.

Step 4: You may set the account as a favorite, thus will be listed first when performing requests.

Step 5: The following details will be displayed:

• Account name
• IBAN
• Account number
• Account type
• Account status
• Currency
• Book balance
• Available balance
• Overdraft limit
• Float amount
• Frozen amount
• Account officer
• Maturity date
• Value date
• Maturity amount
• Interest rate (%)
• Branch name
• Main Office
• Interest gained
• Term
• Principle amount
