(MENAFN) The UAE cabinet permitted a USD13 billion federal budget with zero deficit for the fiscal year 2016 that mainly focuses on sectors such as social development, education and health.
Additionally, the main priority which was considered through the budget’s approval process is the insurance of happiness of all the Emirati people as well as strengthening the image of the UAE.
The 2016 federal government budget gives primacy to services that touch on the lives of the people and more than 50 percent of the budget has been assigned to education, social development and health.
“Investing in Emiratis and meeting their needs are the basis of government work and has a priority in the National Agenda to reach the goals of the UAE 2021 Vision,” stated the country’s ruler.
