(MENAFN) The UAE retained its position as the major destination of Sultanate’s non-oil exports in the Jan-Sep period of 2015 which touched USD 1.21mn.
On the other hand, Oman’s exports to the UAE showed a drop of 18.1 percent in the cited months of 2015, compared to the same period of 2014.
Accordingly, KSA was the second main importer of Omani products, trailed by India, China and the USA, while China’s non-oil imports surged by 47 percent.
Moreover, the Sultanate’s whole non-oil exports declined by 23 percent to USD 6.12mn in the first nine months of 2015, from USD 7.94mn of 2014.
