(MENAFN) Royal Jet’s President and CEO, Shane O’hare, announced that the carrier’s revenues rose by 6 percent for its Boeing jets, reported Gulf News.
As for Gulfstreams, Royal Jet’s revenue grew by 27 percent, noting that both figures are in terms of aircraft usage and block hours.
O’hare noted that 2012 marked the 7th straight year in which the carrier, owned by Abu Dhabi Aviation and the Presidential Flight Authority, made profits.
It is worth noting that one of Royal Jet’s Boeing Business planes is going through a USD9-million overhaul in France.
