(MENAFN) UAE Minister for Economy signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the organizers of Global Trade Development Week, to keep the event in the UAE for the next three years, Gulf News reported.
The MOU is set to secure the UAE as the host for this important event for the next three years, the Undersecretary, who signed the MoU on behalf of the ministry emphasized in a statement.
The UAE was gradualy gaining a track record for playing a key role in finding solutions to global issues and the GTDW allows the country of shaping the agenda to promote sustainable economic growth.
‘Supporting GTDW reflects the UAE’s commitment to promoting the growth of international trade as an engine for growth, peace and prosperity, for not only the UAE, but across the world,’ The minister said in a statement.
