UAE-Wasl sets up Warsan project for Expo 2020 preparation

(MENAFN) Wasl Asset Management Group proclaimed a new project in Warsan, launched as part of the firm’s strategic preparations for Expo 2020 that plans to offer accommodation facilities for hospitality staff.

Additionally, the project will cover 26 building in a resort-style lay out that will offer hospitality workers with 3.866 residential units spread over a built-up area of 2.6mn square feet.

Meanwhile, Dubai is preparing itself to deliver estimated 25mn unique visitors by reviving the city’s fabric and boosting its hospitality offering.

Furthermore, this is of vital importance for the success of Expo 2020, while infrastructure works are in progress and the project will be finished in Oct 2020.
