UAE’s Bloom launches Park View mixed-use project

(MENAFN) Abu Dhabi-based Bloom Properties LLC, the real estate and Construction Company, inaugurated a new mixed-use development by the name of Park View, Arabian Business reported.

The new project will be located on the Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi and will include housing and a hotel apartment building; the housing building will feature 234 units: studios and two-bedroom apartments.

The hotel apartment building will feature 188 suites, including studios, one and two bedroom and executive apartments.

“Park View will prove the ideal living space for those seeking an exclusive address. The complex will offer seamless access to a wide range of residential, hospitality, leisure and retail destinations.” The CEO of Bloom Holding said.
