(MENAFN) Etisalat’s carrier and wholesale services division’s Executive Vice-President, Ali Amiri, said that the division introduced its Over the Top (OTT) ready Smart Hub, reported Gulf News.
Amiri added that the service, which would be directed to the region’s operators and content communities, would provide the content ecosystem with access to major telecom technologies and services.
He also said that the service would save companies the need to invest in developing their own assets since it would provide access to billing systems, customer care and toll free services and SMS.
It is worth noting that Smart OTT-Hub permits any content provider to include content delivery networks, content management systems or conditional access providers to partner with Etisalat.
