UAE’s LuLu Group to purchase USD145m Great Scotland Yard

(MENAFN) Abu Dhabi-based LuLu Group International is set to propose a pricing of USD145 million to purchase the Great Scotland Yard, the once-upon-a-time home for the Metropolitan Police, Arabian Business reported.
The discussions of Lulu Group are reaching a very intermediate level, where the company now is additionally set to buy the Grade II listed building, which is presently being transformed into a five-star hotel, according to corporate spokesmen.
The deal is set for finalization in the upcoming days. It is worth mentioning that Lulu has been notorious for its grocery stores, food processing, distribution, and manufacturing. The firm now is eying further diversification through the hotel sector.
