UAE’s Meraas launches USD598m Dubai Adventure Studios

(MENAFN) UAE’ Meraas’ Chief Business Development Officer, Sina Al Kazim, said that the Dubai-based real estate firm launched the USD598 million Dubai Adventure Studios, reported Gulf News.
Al Kazim added that the movie-based theme park would consist of 5 zones that would feature the newest technology games and new-generation rides; moreover, it would include hospitality and F&B zones to meet visitors’ needs.
He also said that the 2 million sq. feet park would host major US-based movie IPs, with the Dubai Adventure Studios forming Phase-1 of a 3-phase project that would span across 8 million sq. feet, adding that the site would offer a unique experience that would establish a distinctive level in the development of the theme park industry.
It is worth noting that Meraas, which was established in 2007, is a real estate company with operations and assets in the UAE and abroad.
