UAE’s Nakheel awards USD12 m contracts

(MENAFN) A number of major firms have been recently awarded USD12.795 million worth contracts from Dubai developer Nakheel for design and supervision services on Deira Islands, according to Gulf News.

AE7 Associates, a Dubai-based design firm, will be responsible for the design and supervision services including master planning, and infrastructure design for Deira Islands.

The contract with AE7 Associate was estimated at the worth USD7.622 million on the 15.3 square kilometer waterfront city.

The same firm was also awarded another contract worth USD5.308 million covering the Architectural and Engineering services for the built form of the Night market and Board Walk, two main attractions on the 4.5 million square metres south island.
