UAE’s Nakheel books 35% of Dragon 2

(MENAFN) Nakheel said that in a period of 4 days, the company booked 35 percent of retail space in the new Dragon Mart expansion mall, Dragon 2, reported Emirates 24/7.
The company added that the booking witnessed a strong demand from both the tenants and the management, adding that the mall would include a parking space for more than 4,500 car parks, in addition to a shopping mall, outdoor plaza and a 3-star hotel.
It also said that the new extension would have 2 levels and a retail mix as hypermarket, cinemas, kids’ amusement area, food court and fine dinning restaurants.
It is worth noting that the new mall is designed by Dar Al Handasah, a Dubai-based firm, and will be located to the north of the existing Dragon Mart.
