(MENAFN) NMC Health, UAE-based healthcare services provider, logged a net profit of USD77.5 million in 2014, marking a 12.1 percent increase, Emirates 247 reported.
NMC’s revenue hit USD643.9 million in 2014, marking a 16.9 percent increase. Healthcare division revenue reached USD332.2 million, an increase of 14.8 percent.
The firm’s total capital expenditure in 2014 reached USD112.3 million, a 35.8 percent increase when compared to the previous financial year. Net debt reached USD113m as the group continued to advance its on-going healthcare projects.
“2014 was a good year for NMC, where both divisions performed well” three new healthcare assets were opened, including the first private sector women’s hospital in Abu Dhabi,” NMC’s chief executive said in a statement.
