(MENAFN) Rak Airways’ CEO, Omar Jahameh, said that starting mid-December, the carrier would launch three weekly flights to Khartoum, the capital of Sudan, reported Emirates 24/7.
Jahameh added that the new service would raise the number of the carrier’s served destinations to 10, achieving the company’s plans to fly to 10 destinations within one year of re-launching its services.
He also said that the price of the return ticket including all-inclusive fares would start at USD244.6; moreover, the price would also include meal and beverages, in addition to a baggage allowance of 30kg per passenger and the normal hand baggage allowance, furthermore, there would be a free shuttle service between other emirates in the UAE and RAK International Airport for each flight.
It is worth noting that Rak Airways re-launched its operations in 2010 with two routes to Jeddah, KSA and Calicut, India, followed by flights to Peshawar and Lahore in Pakistan, Kuwait and Doha, Qatar.
