(MENAFN) Emeriti rents have deteriorated in most of the main villa communities in the three months to September timeframe, according to the latest issued reports and compiled data.
The decline however wasn’t that much encouraging as it only fell by average one percent in the popular Emirates Living communities of Meadows, Springs and Lakes, among other prime locations.
Moreover, top places still have premium rents, like one-bedroom apartment in Downtown Burj Khalifa hovers around USD32 thousand per annum, which is significantly and outrageously high.
Predictions say that 2016 will be a buyer’s market, with sellers willing to negotiate prices, thus with a steady decline in prices and decent investor interest statistical analysis suggests that next year may witness a rise in prices.
