UAE’s Sheffield builds tallest tower in Dubai

(MENAFN) UAE-based Sheffield Holdings Limited will build the second tallest tower in the UAE, and is now 80 percent completed, according to Arabian Business.

The new tower, Marina 101, extends over 425 meters and will be the tallest in Dubai and the second tallest in the UAE.

The company said in a statement that the expected handover of the hotel part of the building is expected to be completed in early 2015.

The tower will include 420 hotel rooms and hotel apartments, 60 three-bedroom residential units, eight duplexes and a five-star hotel.
