UAE’s Tanmiyat makes progress in USD1.9b project

(MENAFN) First villas of “Living Legends”, UAE-based Tanmiyat major project in Dubailand, are expected to be handed in December 2014 as work on the project is progressing at a rapid pace, according to Arabian Business.

The rapid progress the company made on the USD1.9 billion project is a reflection of the strong real-estate market in Dubai, the company said.

Tanmiyat’s newly appointed CEO, Eng. Muhammad Bin Odah, said: “The Living Legends project today is at an advanced stage and I am working very closely with the team to maintain the schedule and upgrade the quality and maximise our supply to meet the market demands as part of Tanmiyat’s efforts to consolidate its leading position amongst real estate developers not only in Dubai but also in the region.”
