(MENAFN) A statement released by Dubai’s Victory Heights said that the developer has completed 81 percent of its phase one villas and will kick off work on the construction of the project’s first community center this month, Emirates Business 24/7 reported.
The statement said that 615 villas have been completed out of a total of 780-sold units that make up phase one of the residential community to date. Moreover, 61 percent of all sold villas have been handed over to homeowners, with three of the community’s seven villages, Carmen, Estrella and Olivia, already reaching 100 percent completion and delivery. Handover is due to be completed in the villages of Novelia and Esmerelda in the next few months.
The construction contract for Victory Heights’ first community center has also recently been awarded to Proscape, and work is due to start in May. The centre will be an important focal point for the community, which lies at the heart of Dubai Sports City.
